What you`ll do:
We are looking for an experienced SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) who will lead and support agile transformation and delivery excellence across complex, multi-dimensional environments. As an RTE, you will be a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), driving alignment, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
As an RTE you will
Facilitate ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops, ensuring effective coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Drive the EDT scaled agile transformation journey in close collaboration with delivery functions, conceptualizing value streams and supporting the operationalization of SAFe models.
Coach Agile teams, and ART members to improve agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure transparency of vision, strategy, and progress, fostering alignment at all organizational levels.
Identify and resolve impediments, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead EDT change initiatives to support agile ways of working, ensuring alignment with Lean Portfolio Management guidelines.
Support program-level governance, metrics tracking, and reporting to ensure delivery excellence.
What you bring:
10 years of experience in the IT/Software industry, with a strong background in agile environments.
Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar role, with deep knowledge of SAFe principles and practices.
Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of digital transformation, scaled agile frameworks, and DevOps practices.
Proficient in agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
High level of motivation, flexibility, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Certification as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
