Job Title: Phone Agent

Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM

Address :(100% On-Site Position) Glendale, CA

• Our Client is looking for someone that is has experience with administration duties

  (non-clinical) within a call center or medical front office setting assisting with inbound calls from patients.

• The ideal candidates is someone who has been in the industry for 2+ years and

  someone that is okay with repetitive work and assisting patient via telephone.

• Clear understanding of how HMOs work within a medical group or health system.
