Are you an expert in SAP On-Prem HR configuration and SuccessFactors EC (Cloud) implementation? We're looking for a dynamic SAP HCM/EC Functional Consultant to lead key projects, from configuring and optimizing SAP HR systems to spearheading the conversion and replication of data into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). In this role, you'll work closely with clients to design, configure, and test SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficient HR processes.

salary: $51.4 - $66.71 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, and resolve bugs in SAP On-Prem HR systems for ECC 5.0 or higher in a live production environment.

• Lead the analysis and design for SAP Cloud EC conversion from SAP On-Prem HR systems to EC (Cloud).

• Configure SAP EC (Cloud), including onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.

• Develop and document functional specifications and configuration requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Analyze and validate system interfaces, ensuring accurate data flow and system integration.

• Design and execute EC (Cloud) HR replication strategies to support seamless data transfer across SAP systems.

• Conduct unit testing for configuration changes, identifying and resolving potential issues before deployment.

• Author integration test scripts and collaborate with stakeholders to validate test results, ensuring quality assurance.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing, securing customer approval for system designs and functionality.
