Honeywell Lead Special Test Equipment Engineer in Glendale, Arizona
Conceptualize, design, and develop products and systems as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team. You will be a key technical focal point across Honeywell's special test equipment engineering creating solutions and systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers. By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams, you will influence design directions and methodology developments. As a technical expert, you will leverage advanced tools and simulation techniques to deliver high-impact business results while acting as a technical leader and coach for other engineers.

CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
Minimum 10 years of Electrical Test Engineering experience
WE VALUE
Aerospace electrical test engineering experience
Significant engineering experience
Master's Degree or advanced professional certification
In-depth knowledge of product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple product and process technologies
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
Demonstrate business impact and continuous drive for improvement
Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness, even in the face of complexity
