Our client, an esteemed player in the industrial sector, is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of a dynamic workforce supporting various operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Rice Lake, WI

Pay Range: $19.78 - $21.78 Starting

What's the Job?

• Assist in fiberglass, welding, HVAC, painting, and general labor tasks, dependent on skill set.

• Participate in assembly processes to ensure efficient production flow.

• Support maintenance and repair activities as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What's Needed?

• Prior manufacturing experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

• Basic understanding of assembly and industrial processes.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.

• Flexibility to work from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday.
