Responsible for operations support, project development, planning, and implementation of new and expanded programs in support of WVU Medicine Responsible for strategic planning, program development, ensuring policies, protocols, service levels, safety, compliance, and quality meet and exceed established hospital operations standards established by WVU Medicine.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare administration, Project Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field AND Five (5) years of experience in healthcare provider or consultant setting with demonstrated leadership of project management, operations, healthcare planning, data analysis, and process improvement OR; Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare administration, Project Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field AND Three (3) years of experience in healthcare provider or consultant setting with demonstrated leadership of project management, operations, healthcare planning, data analysis, and process improvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Related field. EXPERIENCE: 1. Experience in a healthcare setting. 2. Experience in a large multi-specialty or single-specialty physician group practice, a vertically integrated health system, or multi-site physician practice.
