Description

We are offering a contract for a Loan Administrator role in Glen Allen, Virginia. This role operates within the mortgage industry and will involve the processing and monitoring of loan settlements.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately translate loan closing disclosures into funding worksheets

• Ensure comprehensive receipt of all disbursement information for each loan

• Perform quality control checks on the closing file to confirm all necessary disbursement details are available

• Efficiently resolve any discrepancies with settlement agents for outside closings

• Upload accounting disbursement documents into the loan origination system

• Monitor closing and disbursement milestones to ensure compliance

• Provide daily updates on advances and funding information

• Verify and process note packages for shipments

• Assist in identifying and implementing efficiencies and/or internal control processes and procedures

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth daily loan operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems for financial management tasks

• Ability to utilize Accurint for data and analytics needs

• Experience with Automated Underwriting System for efficient loan processing

• Skilled in using Calyx for mortgage solutions

• Familiarity with CRM for managing customer interactions

• Knowledge of About Time for effective time tracking

• Expertise in conducting Appraisals for evaluating property value

• Proficiency in Auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Understanding of Closing Processes in loan administration

• Experience in Commercial Lending, particularly in loan administration.
