Description We are offering a contract for a Digital Product Owner III position based in Glen Allen, Virginia. In this role, you will lead a team of Digital Product Owners and Business Analysts, collaborating with various business, IT, and operational teams. Your focus will be on processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries, as well as monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of product managers and analysts, guiding and directing complex projects

• Assisting in the creation and implementation of digital visions, strategies, and roadmaps that address business needs and future growth

• Assessing digital platforms in the external marketplace and making recommendations for potential partnerships

• Identifying opportunities to leverage digital techniques for strategic impact and defining priority capabilities

• Developing business cases and requirements for digital opportunities and driving them to execution

• Ensuring that features delivered are aligned with intended business outcomes and aligning work with target architecture roadmap

• Partnering with Marketing for support in product positioning, promotion of digital products and services, and onboarding activities

• Continuously assessing competitive moves and monitoring performance against objectives

• Presenting data strategies and recommendations to senior management to build buy-in to strategic recommendations

• Serving as the primary business point of contact for implementation activities and working closely across with key constituents to meet scheduled milestones. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service

• Understanding of Operations within a digital context

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks

• Experience with Implementation of digital products

• Ability to act as a Liaison between various parties

• Knowledge of Digital trends and practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Understanding of industry Best Practices

• Experience in dealing with Stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to conduct Strategic Planning
