Description
We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Client Support Specialist in the Chemicals Manufacturing industry. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities from processing client transactions to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-quality customer service through timely and accurate processing of client transactions
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills and multiple computer systems to efficiently handle daily tasks and resolve customer inquiries
• Foster solid customer relationships through excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
• Actively listen to customer cues to identify and resolve issues with grace and integrity
• Perform functions that include managing cash and other daily transactions
• Maintain CRM database with up-to-date customer account information
• Leverage cloud technologies to perform complex transactions and extensive research in resolving customer inquiries
• Act as an active problem-solver, effectively interacting with internal and external partners and clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized service based on individual customer needs
• Import and export customer service data as needed for account management and reporting.
Requirements • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the Chemicals Manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies to effectively manage and store data.
• Experience with CRM software to maintain and manage customer relationships.
• Strong database management skills for efficient data handling and retrieval.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Ability to manage Customer Accounts ensuring timely and efficient service.
• A strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a proven track record of improving customer experience.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle queries and complaints professionally.
• Experience in Customer Success, with a focus on growing and developing existing clients.
• Knowledge of Export Customer Service, with the ability to handle international customer accounts.
• Experience in Import Customer Service, understanding the specific requirements and challenges of importing customers.
