Job Summary
The Customer Operations Specialist processes customer orders submitted via paper, EDI, and portal. Works directly with Customer Relations, Finance, Order Management, Inventory Specialist, and Warehouse to ensure shipments are on time and correct. Follows up and resolves order discrepancies.
Essential Functions
Works internally and externally to ensure orders are processed & submitted to warehouse with a high degree of accuracy. This includes weekly orders and backorder.

Responds and resolves to all consumer inquires through telephone and email.
Issues returns good authorizations & Call tags; Works with inventory control to assist in resolving inventory issues- Shortages/Overages; Issues customer credits for stock/non-stock inventory

Education
High School or GED -Required
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) inBusiness or related field -Preferred
Work Experience
2 years or more inCustomer Service -Preferred
