This is a six month accelerator programme where you will be fast-tracked to becoming a full-time member of the itison sales and account management team.

You will be paired with a Senior Account Manager who will coach & mentor your development over a six-month period, at which point you will ‘graduate’ to become an independent team member. Your initial focus will be on new business development, and then you will progress to account managing these businesses.
This is a challenging role with longer term leadership potential for the right person. You will be given the support you need to grow while challenging yourself and developing your own skills. You’ll also spend time in other departments across the company learning different skills and gaining insight into the overall business.
