We are seeking a RN to come be a part of our fantastic team today!

Our goal is to nurture our patients and give our hands and hearts to those in need of home health services. Seeing our patients happy makes us happy, and we would love the opportunity to provide the assistance when needed.

Fit Requirements:

• Home Care, home health background preferred.

• Oasis experience preferred; however, they will train on this if needed

• Someone who will work the full 40 hours- required

• RN licensure- required

• Good communication skills in person and via technology – Familiar with electronic EMR systems

• BLS-required

• Must be self-driven, able to make their own schedule, able to work with patients and their families.

• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Day-to-Day:

• Typically, their case load is between 6-8 patients per day

• Must check in daily with managers for any patient issues/concerns

• Office located within same town as patients/cases.

• Will travel between patient’s home- Pay government milage reimbursement + travel time

• They see a variety of level of patients, some medication management, IV’s, wound care, education, full head to toe assessments, update medication lists, coordination of care between staff, physicians, and community.

Pay and Benefits:

• Based off of experience

• Up to $40/Hr

• Holidays off – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas

• Company will also be closed on the following days, which are not considered holidays: Day after Thanksgiving, Workday directly before or after Christmas (depending on day of the week for Christmas), Easter Monday, and New Year’s Eve

Shift Information:

• 40 hours a week (8-5 typically- but flexible)

• RN will have the flexibility to create own schedule

• M-F

• On- call every 3-5 weeks- on call pay included. Company phone provided.
