Description

We seek a devoted and organized individual for an Registration Specialist for a company we are recruiting for. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive support to the team during night shifts. The ideal applicant should ensure seamless and efficient business operations after hours. Training period is mandatory classroom training full-time 8:00am - 4:30pm for two weeks. The hours will be 10:45pm - 7:15am Thursday -Monday every Tuesday and Wednesday off. Split between Gilbertsville and Macungie locations based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing diverse administrative office duties and functions.

• Organizing appointments and overseeing calendar management.

• Providing information and assistance to clients.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

• Assisting with the coordination and management of projects.

• Supporting department heads in various tasks as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in typing and base-level computer operations.

• Thorough knowledge and expertise in creating positive customer experiences.

• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of customers.

• Demonstrated adaptability, multitasking ability as directed by a supervisor.

• Strong communication and social interaction skills.
