Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Front Office Receptionist

Medical Front Office Receptionist – Full-time, onsite, $19-$21 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a great team in a healthy and productive environment!

Required Qualifications of the Medical Front Office Receptionist

  • 3+ years of recent medical front office experience required

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Responsibilities of the Medical Front Office Receptionist

  • Greet and check-in patients

  • Collect patient registration forms, insurance card, and picture ID

  • Verify insurance eligibility

  • Process incoming referrals

  • Answer phones and relay messages

  • Schedule appointments

  • Other duties as needed
