Titre du poste : OTD Manager

Aperçu du poste :

L’OTD Manager est responsable de la synchronisation des différents services internes dans l’objectif de maximiser les objectifs d’ On Time Delivery (OTD). L''OTD est l'indicateur qui mesure le nombre de commandes envoyées à nos clients dans les délais négociés.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

-Définir, proposer et piloter les actions permettant d’améliorer l’OTD.

• Coordonner la sécurisation de la mise à disposition des pièces par les fournisseurs internes et externes pour les livraisons clients à venir.

• Echanger et négocier avec les acteurs internes : Approvisionnements, Planification, Production, Administration des ventes chantiers, Transport, Front office…

• Rechercher le meilleur compromis et/ou proposer/négocier les arbitrages lorsque nécessaire.

• Analyser les causes racines des livraisons non livrées à l’heure.

• Réaliser le reporting de l’OTD clients et des causes racines des OTD manqués.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

Formation :

• Idéalement de formation bac+2 type supply chain.

• Une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans en industrie.

Qualités techniques :

• Compréhension écrite de l'anglais indispensable.

• Appétence pour les outils digitaux et leur apprentissage.

• Maîtrise de la suite Office dont niveau excel intermédiaire minimum.

Qualités humaines :

• Autonomie

• Capacité à gérer de multiples sujets en parallèle.

• Capacité à travailler en équipe.

• Esprit de synthèse.
