Role Overview:
In the role of Warehouse Start-Up Lead Phase 2 you will be instrumental in driving operational readiness for the expansion of the Tech Lane warehouse. This exciting role includes overseeing the commissioning of a new high bay area and the enhancement of the waste area, ensuring our facilities are equipped for success in both clinical and commercial production. Responsibilities:
Warehouse Design Expertise:- Engage deeply in the entire warehouse design process to develop new processes and material flow.
Create comprehensive designs that include both an end-state setup and a temporary constructability framework to support ongoing operational needs.
Transition Planning:- Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to formulate efficient transition plans for the movement of materials from the existing facility through to a temporary configuration and ultimately to the final design.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Maintain continuous communication and alignment with the E&PS Facility Management department during the construction phase to ensure the facility adheres to all operational user requirements.
Project Leadership:- Lead a project team focused on assessing the impact on existing procedures and systems.
Identify risks and opportunities regarding process efficiency and mix-up control.
Support manufacturing technology transfer activities and ensure inspection readiness for a smooth start-up of additional manufacturing capabilities.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 8 years
Qualification & skills
You have a master's degree, preferably in an engineering or supply chain field.
You are experienced in project management and you like working together towards a common goal.
You like to tread new paths, to make full use of your knowledge and experience, but also to broaden it, so that new problems get an appropriate solution.
You see and seek opportunities, even when they are not immediately obvious.

Experience in warehousing, logistics, IT systems or cell therapy (CAR-T) is an asset
