Lindsey McCarthy with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity with a non-profit for a Recruiter in Getzville, New York. As a Recruiter, you will be primarily responsible for hiring a range of various. You will be handling all stages of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire recruitment process for various job roles within the organization

• Overseeing job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

• Conducting initial phone interviews to screen potential candidates.

• Scheduling in-person interviews with suitable candidates.

• Creating and sending offer letters to selected candidates.

• Coordinating and executing onboarding activities for new employees.

• Attending Job fairs and College Campus events to scout for potential candidates.

• Utilizing the UKG or Ultipro for applicant tracking system and onboarding processes.

• Engaging in corporate recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role within the HR field

• Proficient in using UKG Ready for HR management tasks

• Demonstrable experience with Corporate Recruiting

• Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong decision-making skills

• Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and conditions

• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates

• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for candidate sourcing

• Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team or individually as required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
