We are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented Application Manager (m/f/d) to manage and optimize our software applications. In this role, you will ensure smooth performance, identify areas for improvement, and support business operations through innovative IT solutions. Your key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain existing applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability

  • Identify and implement software solutions to improve business operations and streamline workflows

  • Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and configuration of new applications, ensuring timely and successful delivery

  • Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience

  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving application issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions

  • Liaise with software vendors to manage licenses, service agreements, and support contracts, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure continuity and facilitate knowledge sharing.

  • We offer a gross annual salary of €50,000, with the possibility of overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.

You bring

  • Good technical understanding and IT affinity, with an interest in technical challenges

  • Knowledge in interface administration and software customization

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of (MS) SQL

  • Solution-oriented, independent, and precise working style

  • IT education (HTL/HAK Informatics, apprenticeship, studies) or several years of professional experience

  • Good written and spoken English skills (German is an advantage)
