Your day-to-day
Is a key player in defining both new and existing products manufacturing processes, scouting for innovative and efficient solutions;
Co-ordinates the installation of new cell in the company and material flow.
Develops and implements equipment design layout and workflow, determining space requirements.
Ensures that the material and Information flow strategy is implemented and maintained in the fabrication cells.
Defines policy for the maintenance of equipment of production, TPM implementation and trains personnel on these techniques.
Supervises documentation production, determines suitability of processes and control and improve of the PPAP and AQP activities for the existing and new products in line with the Parker Quality Standards.
Develops and maintains relationship with key suppliers for Machines, Tools, Services for new production lines and for the improvements/savings on existing production processes.
Applies continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques to their day-by-day.
Who we are looking for
University Degree in Engineering.
Good knowledge of market product.
Min of 3/5 years in a Technical Department role within a precision engineering/electro-mechanical environment.
Experience and track record of working in a similar role within the industrial, automotive, aerospace, beverage industries.
Ability to release and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system.
