Supply Chain Planner

Germantown, WI

(Hybrid) Monday – Friday

As a Supply Chain Planner, your primary responsibility will be to match demand and supply by managing the Sales & Operations process for defined product groups using a holistic view. Via short and mid-term supply and inventory planning you work to achieve the agreed service levels locally and throughout the global supply network.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages interactions and continuous alignment with demand planning and production sites (including tollers) to align demand, inventory, supply, and capacity on the short and mid-term horizon. Incorporates into these plans’ key material and capacity constraints.

  • Provide input to Sales & Operations meeting with "what if" scenarios to the proposed plan and simulate the effect of various alternatives.

  • Ensures timely delivery and consolidation of accurate supply planning data and present recommendations for the Sales and Operations Planning meeting.

  • Communicates the supply network related aspects of the agreed S&OP plan to stakeholders efficiently and in good time.

  • Define, implements, and controls a set of indicators to systematically monitor supply and capacity performance in the underlying manufacturing and tolling network.

  • Identify and lead key actions to enhance the supply planning processes and ensure global consistency of planning data.

  • Supports supply chain projects i.e., integration project, improvement initiatives in supply planning, MRP, master data as well as Phase in/out transition plans.

    This position embraces a Hybrid Working model, offering the flexibility of both office and remote work. Initially you will be on-site for 5 days a week, transitioning gradually to 1-2 days in your home office once you are fully acclimated .

    You bring:

  • Bachelor level or above, major in Supply Chain management is preferred, APICS Supply Chain Certification is a plus.

  • The job requires a holistic view to oversee the supply chain, with interactions and dependencies between different sites and external suppliers.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in similar position.

  • Ability to connect, understand best practices and challenge the status-quo.

  • Proficient with various software programs, ERP SAP and OMP preferred.

  • Continuous improvement mindset & passion to deliver.
