JOB REQUIREMENTS: R10045723 Strategic Accounts Support Specialist (Open) Location:Germantown, WI (LLC Support) - Management How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Strategic Accounts Support Specialist through daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders will review and address requests and inquiries related to; account set up, accounts receivable issues, contract structure and sales reporting to ensure agreed upon national pricing is transacting as intended. Contributes to strategic account customer retention by working closely with National/Strategic Account Managers and in cross collaboration with multiple teams in the organization to ensure timely and accurate resolution to daily requests and inquiries. Utilizes company reporting platforms, resources to prepare and process required documentation related to new, renewed business for national/strategic account customers as part of the rollout process. As the centralized point of contact will provide National/Strategic Account Managers with informed recommendations and guidance on strategic account processes required for successful account maintenance and contract implementation for strategic customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties as assigned. Access and utilize multiple reporting databases such as SAP, Power BI, Business Warehouse and Salesforce, to provide details on sales activities, cylinder balances, fill rates, and other commodity related activities. Review and resolve customer inquiries received into a shared email inbox related to; A/R issues Account structure to include areas as above; sales tagging, tying and partnerships Troubleshoot order issues, and part number (additions/changes/expiration), research and action to provide resolution Identify Airgas Part Numbers & Provide Quotes \<50 lines Create and maintain customer material info records (CMIRs) Review and advise on cylinder balance issues working with subject experts where necessary Proactively investigate, communicate concerns related to account set up and structure in order to improve efficiency with strategic customer accounts. Track upcoming deadlines, priority actions, and status updates communicating any expected delays or risks with regards to support activities. Create and ensure accuracy for the data and content prepared (executive contract review package) related to new/proposed National/Strategic account business as part of the SA Customer (Rollout) process. Review customer agreements and familiarize yourself with contract language for assigned customer base to identify any concerns or issues with implementing proposed contract language for new/renewed business.
