As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and systems to produce Bradley products. You will focus on one of two main areas: Advanced Manufacturing or Process Engineering, but may be asked to support both areas depending on our needs. You may also lead projects and oversee manufacturing support workers. You Will: Lead, research, and evaluate advanced manufacturing technologies to improve production efficiency and quality, while troubleshooting production issues. Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes for new product development, including equipment specification, process optimization, and production planning. Support continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs. Oversee the transition of new processes to serial production, including product qualification, process validation, and ramp-up planning. Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
