Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
Candidates are responsible for setting up and operating a variety of CNC and manual equipment to mill parts for food packaging, construction, automotive, and medical equipment. The ideal candidate will have machine shop experience, be skilled in editing G&M codes, and be versatile in reading and interpreting blueprints. Experience with VTL, T&D, CNC machining, lathe, manual mill/lathe, calipers, and micrometers is essential.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate a variety of CNC and manual equipment.
Mill parts for food packaging, construction, automotive, and medical equipment.
Edit G&M codes as required.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Operate CNC machining, lathe, manual mill/lathe, calipers, and micrometers.
Essential Skills
Machine shop experience.
Editing G&M codes.
Reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience with VTL, T&D, CNC machining, lathe, manual mill/lathe, calipers, and micrometers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
CNC and programming schooling.
Experience with manual lathes and mills such as Bridgeport's.
Experience with VTLs, HMCs, VMCs, and multi-axis machines.

Work Environment
1st shift: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3pm, 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm. Work in a cleaner machine shop environment with a family atmosphere and supportive colleagues.

This is a Permanent position based out of Germantown, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $80000.00
