The Role
EU Customer Fulfilment (CF) Process Engineers team is a group of operational leaders driving process standardization and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. This team has the goal to capture all the best practices from top performing sites and validate them as new official standard for all the network. They accelerate the implementation of technological advancements and they strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network. EU CF Process Experts (PE) ensures the operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver expected gains for technology advances and network wide process improvements. The team drives process control, with the outcome of minimizing variation between shifts, buildings and regions, to deliver strong performance. The team works to improve the input metrics for each of the process paths by prioritizing and channeling the required resources among Process System Engineering (PSE), ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) PM, Central Ops, Launch teams, Operations Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance (RME) and many other Teams.
Key job responsibilities
*Process Path Ownership and Excellence
Serve as the subject matter expert for process paths across the EU region, defining the official standard operating procedures to be consistently implemented across sites.
Lead the review of process paths to identify and validate best practices, then oversee the rollout of these approved standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) project rollout in the EU, ensuring seamless execution.
*Project Management and Optimization
Take on the role of project manager for internal PE (Process Excellence) initiatives and programs, such as managing the Top Hours project.
Provide structured support and troubleshooting to site PEs, regional managers, and senior managers to facilitate effective PE project implementation.
Offer remote and on-site support for key operational efforts like LEEP (Launch Excellence Execution Process), PCC (Process Control Center), and shift execution.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the main PE point of contact for other central functions like Central Ops, RME.
Contribute expertise and support for Kaikaku (rapid improvement) events.
Own the generation of PE OP1 project intake for the specific process paths.
Partner closely with the global BM (Business Management) team to establish and scale consistent process standards worldwide.

Our aim is to eliminate processes variation across Fulfilment Centers, guiding, promoting and scaling at network level cutting edge best practices. Basic Qualifications
• Degree from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (Common European Framework of Reference C1)
• Experience from Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations or Logistics
• Strong professional experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in German
• Previous experience in multi-country/cross regional CI environment
• Project Portfolio Management experience
• Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies • Strong ability interpreting & communicating analytics and presenting to senior leadership,
• Excellent communication skills and detail orientation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to motivate a team
