Adecco US, Inc. Customer Service/Business Support Associate in Georgia, Vermont

Adecco is supporting their client in the search for a Customer Service/Business Support Associate in Georgia, VT. This role is crucial in supporting the U.S. sales team by coordinating client-based information for Sales Leaders and their clients. The position acts as the primary liaison between sales and the operations facility, ensuring timely and successful delivery of production to meet customer needs. This position requires you to work onsite.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Enter new accounts and purchase orders into the X3 billing system.

  • Manage and process sample requests, replacements, and call tags for shipping.

  • Coordinate with accounting departments on billing, collections, new customers, and month-end financial information.

  • Respond to client requests and inquiries about services, products, and account information, updating the Sales Team and/or clients directly.

  • Analyze and resolve client concerns using established procedures.

  • Serve as the main link between sales representatives and other departments for information delivery.

  • Coordinate and assist in executing new client implementation.

  • Handle the reception and follow-up of purchase orders, ensuring all pertinent details are included in production planning and communicated to the Sales Team and clients.

  • Provide status updates to Sales following client visits and circulate meeting minutes with follow-up actions.

  • Coordinate chargebacks and manage the entire package development process, including print and inventory management.

  • Create Wrike requests for artwork updates, new packaging requests, or new SKU development, and follow up with regulatory teams.

  • Liaise with clients and Sales for packaging requests, artwork requirements, and regulatory edits, facilitating the printing process.

  • Review inventory and alert clients or internal teams when reprints are needed.

  • Calculate freight costs and coordinate customer preferences.

  • Process and maintain records of backordered items, ensuring timely release, shipment, and invoicing.

  • Manage and maintain pricing structures.

  • Serve as a backup to the Billing Specialist.

  • Prepare and mail billing invoices and enter deposits into banking accounts.

  • Communicate with sales staff, clients, and clinics on various inquiries and concerns.

  • Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree; OR

  • 3-5 years of related data entry or Customer Service Representative experience; OR

  • Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and function well under pressure.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Good problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints knowledgeably and respectfully.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practical use of spreadsheets.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
