DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented IT Director - DBU Marketing & Sales to join our Systems/Information Technology at our DBU in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid position requires weekly onsite presence in either Atlanta, GA, or any location in the US near a DBU branch, including Indianapolis or Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Participate as a key member of a senior level IT Management Team.
Responsible for a significant area within IT from a scope perspective Provide input to development of IT Strategies.
Responsible for team financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.
Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development. Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team management.
Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status, etc. Communicate status to senior management – IT and business. Accountable for Six Sigma training, usage and goal attainment for the team.
Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security. Responsible of IT Controls compliance for the team Engagement with customers in their respective function or business area. Governance/Leadership for all program/projects executed or supported by their teams.
Drive strong relationships to deliver business value using relevant Business Relationship Management practices.
Align Salesforce/Commercial Products with Business Strategy
Ensure that Salesforce is not just a CRM tool but a driver for achieving broader business goals such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the Senior Leaders to align Salesforce initiatives with the company's long-term strategic objectives.
Digital Transformation Leadership
Lead digital transformation efforts by integrating Salesforce as a central platform for modernizing customer engagement, sales, marketing, and service processes.
Champion Salesforce as a core tool for transforming customer experiences and business operations through automation, AI, and analytics.
Innovation and Competitive Advantage
Drive innovation by leveraging Salesforce’s new features, releases, and ecosystem (e.g., AI-driven Einstein, low-code solutions, mobile access).
Identify opportunities where Salesforce can deliver a competitive edge, such as improving customer personalization, predictive analytics, or streamlined workflows .
Customer-Centric IT Strategy & Product Centric Execution Plan
Develop a customer-first strategy that leverages Salesforce to enhance customer relationships, improve customer service, and deliver personalized experiences.
Align Salesforce solutions and commercial products to directly support and enhance the company’s customer engagement models.
Long-Term Roadmap and Vision
Develop a multi-year Salesforce roadmap aligned with broader IT and business goals, ensuring scalability, security, and adaptability to changing business needs.
Set and communicate a clear vision for Salesforce’s role in the company's digital ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required within the technology domain of CRM and commercial applications.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial and budgetary experience, required. Broad business knowledge required.
