Main responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution:- Assist the M&S GBU Leader and the leadership team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives and operational plans, while monitoring progress on key projects and objectives.

• Communication and Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement-Coordinate Global M&S SpC Governance to support decision making and information sharing withinthe organization and facilitate communication between the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment on priorities and initiatives.

• Project Management:Lead projects to support the execution of the M&S SpC Compelling Business Needs (CBN)

• Meeting and Event Management- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda setting, materials preparation, and follow-up on action items.

About you

Exp e rience (s) : Experience in Industry, experience working in a manufacturing site is a plus

• Ability to manage confidential information and understand relevance and sensitivity

• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines

Education : Engineering or Science Degree or relevant pharma experience
