We are currently looking for full-time, long-term hard working individual to join us on the line in our kitchen for both preparation & service. Were a scratch kitchen, so some things take a little extra effort, but were here for it. And hey - our guests like it, too! You will be working under our Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef in this role. Weekend nights are a must! An hourly or salaried position is available. Full time, year round.

4+ years of previous kitchen experience - high-end & high-volume setting preferred culinary kills in some or all areas of the kitchen & on the line including: animal & fish butchery, pantry, fryer, baking, pastry, saut & grill - to stay current & creative with culinary & hospitality trends - to present new ideas for menus, presentation, and improving current dishes - have strong time management skills on the line. Be an active listener & problem solver, communicate effectively with all teammates - be a professional: remain composed & communicate clearly with your teammates - we are in an open kitchen environment and on stage at all times - full-time or part-time availability & willingness to be flexible with our team as needed - dependable with open availability 5-7 days a week. We are open Sunday - Saturday. Salary Description - $24-$28 per hour based on experience or salary tbd.
