Seneca Lake Terrace (Geneva Seneca AL) Business Office Manager in Geneva, New York

Seneca Lake Terrace is actively seeking a full-time Business Office Manager for our Assisted Living Community. As part of the administrative team, the ideal Business Office Manager would provide strong leadership skills with an understanding of the facilities day-to-to-day functions.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Payroll processing

Reports verification of hours worked weekly for each employee

Accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping responsibilities

Make copies of all received rent checks and make deposits

Prepare and assure completion of all forms for new resident admission

Send out rent increases to residents and/or guarantors as required

Keep track of all petty cash with a logging system and receipts

Monthly expense reports

Tracking of all beauty shop charges and logging into Alis

Assist with GL coding and sending building invoices to the AP team

Keep all resident accounts up to date

Handle resident discharge paperwork and daily census

Close out of all files of discharged residents

Maintain organization of file room

Assist with all new hiring processes

Obtain and keep track of pre-employment documents

Involvement with General Orientation and monthly staff meetings

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous AR, AP and HR experience required

Should be highly detail oriented and organized

Must be able to multi-task

Must possess a high school diploma or GED

Must adhere to all facility policies and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
