WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage key international digital projects within the luxury and premium industry with a focus on website conception, development, testing and maintenance.
Lead client relationships for assigned website projects, acting as the primary point of contact.
Accountable for client satisfaction and deliverables quality across your website projects.
Oversee strategic conversations, presentations, planning, and execution of website projects from briefing to final delivery and reporting, incorporating strong insights and proven experience, ensuring alignment with our client's business objectives.
Serve as the central contact between client, design, and development teams, coordinating communication and organizing the timeline and workflow to ensure proper exchange and collaboration with internal and external experts (Creative, Social Media, Performance, Analytics etc.)
Oversee the planning development and coordinate team members and external partners to make sure deadlines are met.
Collaborate with the Resource Manager to ensure all project requests are sufficiently staffed and team members are adequately trained
Draft and maintain the project scope document as agreed upon by all stakeholders, and ensure that the website's functionalities and specifications are met accordingly.
Develop comprehensive digital strategies for website projects by collaborating
Contribute to CX/UX strategy by having a point of view on the ideal consumer experience and engaging in discussions to identify opportunities.
Contribute to content planning to develop and deliver a comprehensive user experience that addresses customer priorities and hurdles while understanding content delivery and campaign priorities.
Coordinate with the data analytics team to identify tracking needs, assist in implementing event tags, and support in creating and validating data dashboards.
Responsible for mentoring and coaching colleagues to achieve best-in-class results by following established processes
Be a reference point across the business for your knowledge of website processes
Manage project financials including estimates, invoices, and payments (with support from the accounting team)
Monitor and improve project profitability while maintaining high-quality deliverables
Maintain and update a toolkit of project documentation, processes, templates, and forms specific to website development and management
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE
Professional Knowledge & Skills Required
+6 years of experience in digital project management, with a strong focus on website development
Minimum 3 years of agency experience or in a similar role
Proven track record of managing complex website projects, experience with both brand and ecommerce luxury / premium websites a plus
Excellent understanding of web technologies and platforms, including but not limited to WordPress, Shopify, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), etc.
Understanding of basic web languages like HTML, CSS
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies, including agile and traditional approaches and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello or similar).
Experience client-side a plus

Ability to build strong and trusted relationships both with internal and external teams

Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
