Coordinate with hospital staff, OPWDD nurses, and surgical teams for urgent care. Collaborate with Emergency Department and hospital teams to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. At least 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities care. Board certification or eligibility in primary care or relevant specialty. Proven ability to provide comprehensive on-call coverage and emergency response. Required Documents for Resume Submission: Professional resume, including at least three references. NYS medical license, board certification, and photo ID. Documentation of malpractice insurance. Evidence of TB testing and two MMR inoculations.
