Position overview:

As the CF Admin you are a key member of Customer Fulfillment team, reporting to the Customer Fulfillment Team Leader.

Key responsibilities include:

Process production orders

Process delivery orders

Stock notifications

Master data maintenance

Processing complaints / returns

Direct debits / credit notes to customers

Support with month-end closing

Calling up forecast data from customers

Communication with external and internal departments

What are we looking for?

3 years of relevant training (e.g. industrial clerk)

At least 1-2 years of professional experience

Knowledge of MS Office , SAP

Fluent German and English
