Due to growing business needs, we are hiring a Workplace Services Analyst .

About the Team

Join our Workplace Services EMEA team, responsible for providing frontline Level 2 End User support to Arrow employees. You'll be part of a top-tier team of 20 analysts across EMEA.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide L2 technical support for PC hardware, software, and peripherals.

  • Troubleshoot escalated issues and service requests efficiently.

  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs and related systems.

  • Support hardware, software, and infrastructure needs.

  • Contribute to local, EMEA, and global projects as assigned.

  • Ensure adherence to Global Enterprise Services (GES) standards .
