The ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions EMEIA division leads the development within door openings and products for access solutions in homes, businesses, and institutions. The division has an annual turnover of €2 billions and 12,000 employees, with commercial and operational activities managed through 13 Market Regions and 5 Business Areas across Europe, Middle East, India and Africa.

At end of 2023, approx. 1400 employees worked in the Door Product Segment, within nine factories across Europe, and during that period €190 million sales have been delivered.

In order for us to be the preferred choice for fire rated and security doors in all industries, setting the standard for excellence and customer preference, we needed to evolve how we work. The ASSA ABLOY Door Product Segment has been reorganized earlier this year grouping all door companies in one unique segment. To strengthen collaboration and support the market needs, central functions have been established addressing the strategic challenges we fact

surrounding our operations, product, HR, finance and special projects.

To strengthen collaboration and support the market needs, central functions have been established addressing the strategic challenges we face surrounding our operations, product, HR, finance and special projects.

The DPS has a unique product range, strong brand/s equity, factories and people. We used to work as standalone businesses, but now, as one business segment we can look to the future and beyond to look at how we can speed up and scale our activities, whilst working together to find the synergies to support with efficiencies across the segment.

We are the ASSA ABLOY Group

Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions. In return, we open doors for them wherever they go. With nearly 61,000 colleagues in more than 70 different countries, we help billions of people experience a more open world. Our innovations make all sorts of spaces – physical and virtual – safer, more secure, and easier to access.

As an employer, we value results – not titles, or backgrounds. We empower our people to build their career around their aspirations and our ambitions – supporting them with regular feedback, training, and development opportunities. Our colleagues think broadly about where they can make the most impact, and we encourage them to grow their role locally, regionally, or even internationally.

As we welcome new people on board, it’s important to us to have diverse, inclusive teams, and we value different perspectives and experiences.
