Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold storage warehouses, although this is preferred but not required. You will be working in temperatures of 0 degrees and below, for which we provide freezer gear. You must be able to work overtime when required and lift weights ranging from 20-40 lbs, with the average weight being approximately 20 lbs. The role involves stacking cases in the freezer for the majority of the shift. Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Work in cold storage warehouse environments, with temperatures at 0 degrees and below.

• Lift and stack cases weighing between 20-40 lbs, with an average of 20 lbs.

• Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment.

• Perform inventory, picking, loading, and shipping tasks.

• Ensure reliable attendance and consistent work performance.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory management and material handling.

• Proficiency in operating pallet jacks and RF scanners.

• Ability to lift and handle weights of 20-40 lbs.

• Reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous cold storage warehouse experience (preferred but not required).

• Ability to work in a freezing environment.

• Commitment to reliable and consistent attendance.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 06:30 to 15:00, totaling between 36-40 hours per week with intermittent overtime depending on volume. This is a contract-to-hire position, and we are looking to fill the role within the next two weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaston, South Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00
