Therapy Supervisor/ Full Time

Select Medical complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity. Starting Salary: $82,160.00

Responsibilities

A Therapy Supervisor possesses a highly specialized knowledge base and skills to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Communicates clinical issues, as they relate to service or program development, to the leadership team. Promotes clinical development, competency and expertise in staff to maximize patient outcomes. Assists with daily operational management tasks. Effectively communicates on multiple levels.

Looking for an up and coming leader to step into a supervisory role at the North Garland clinic. North Garland is a multi-disciplinary clinic with PT, OT, and SLP and a lot of moving parts, departments, and aspects to lead and manage. Supervisor would be asked to work along side CM to help with administrative tasks within the clinic, mentor, and serve as a go to for new and existing staff.

Qualifications

• Valid State License in Physical Therapy required.

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy required.

• Certified BLS required.
