As a Maintenance Technician, you perform, monitor and evaluate preventative maintenance plans, while continually work towards improving equipment and processes. You Will
- Perform maintenance for blow molding and injection molding manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted and optimal operations
- Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures
- Participate in changeovers, ensuring efficient and correct execution
- Repair and rebuilds spare parts
- Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices and procedures
- Expand your expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including new equipment installation and equipment modification projects
You Have
- Ability to work 40HR weeks, along with overtime, as needed
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with Gem Wheel, Husky, Sidel, Palletizer and Airveyor is preferred.
- Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge, along with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without reasonable accommodation
