Zero Labs Automotive Office Manager in Gardena, California
Zero Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This role is currently based in Gardena, CA and is primarily on-site. Please consider the commute impact before applying.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all office operations and procedures
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Manage purchase orders, and package coordination
Maintain and update office records and databases
Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding and employee relations
Manage office budgets and expenses
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
Support the executive team with various administrative tasks
Requirements
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Quickbooks online
Proficient in MS Office and office management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
