Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Data Management Assistant in Gardena, California, United States. This position is within the Food & Food Processing industry and involves working on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the management and coordination of Ringi procedures, serving as the primary touchpoint for related issues.

• Support the Data Management department in collecting data and generating regular and on-demand reports.

• Assist in the execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual book closings.

• Collaborate in the preparation and maintenance of financial records to monitor company expenses, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities.

• Utilize accounting software systems to perform various accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, and financial duties.

• Apply data mining techniques to analyze large, complex datasets.

• Employ proficiency in Excel formulas and Microsoft Excel in your daily tasks.

• Demonstrate your language skills by communicating effectively in both English and Japanese.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Must possess knowledge of Data Mining Techniques.

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions is essential.

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is necessary.

• Experience in Auditing is a must.

• Knowledge of Budget Processes is required.

• Proficiency in Capital Management is necessary.

• Must have the ability to use Excel Formulas.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Fluency in Japanese Language is a plus.
