Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience Management:

  • Lead key accounts to deliver exceptional value.

  • Coordinate resources across the company to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

  • Conduct seminars, training sessions, and pilot programs for new product launches.

  • Opportunity Management:

  • Identify and lead business opportunities through cross-divisional communication.

  • Respond to customer requests, including RFIs and RFQs.

  • Speed up the commercialization of opportunities.

  • Offering Management:

  • Provide additional offerings based on customer needs after product sales.

  • Present new products or services to key customers through joint development.

  • Price Management:

  • Develop standards based on customer grade or performance for significant purchases.

  • Offer emergency procurement and differentiated support to encourage continued business, even at higher prices.

  • Performance Management:

  • Set metrics such as repurchase rate and customer loyalty and achieve financial goals.

  • Collaborate with divisions to turn opportunities into results.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in the battery and semiconductor industries.

  • Strong business, product, and industry expertise.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and customer-focused approach.

  • Analytical and proactive problem solver dedicated to continuous improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Preferred: Experience or background in regions like Jeolla-do, Gangwon-do, Gyeongsang-do, etc.
