Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance channel performance and achieve financial goals in collaboration with sales leaders.

  • Work closely with business groups and channel agents to build and implement dealer management strategies, balanced direct & indirect, and e-business operations for sustainable growth.

  • Assess the performance of channel partners, and identify, select, and develop appropriate channels and distributors to drive profitable growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, setting clear objectives and crafting programs and marketing initiatives to ensure mutual success and improved performance.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find opportunities and risks within each channel.

  • Set and monitor critical metrics to evaluate the efficiency of strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for channel growth and optimization.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or biology.

Experience:

  • Over 7 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with expertise in sales or marketing involving major channel partners and distributors in Korea.

  • Validated ability to lead multiple partners in a sophisticated, matrixed organization, demonstrating ambiguity and challenging priorities.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while influencing others to drive projects forward.

  • Proficiency MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address channel challenges and find opportunities.

  • A track record of success in developing and implementing channel strategies
