Responsible for coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget by overseeing administrative tasks like document management, meeting scheduling, budget tracking, and communication with stakeholders. Primarily supports the project managers in keeping the project organized and on track.

Must have some administrative experience, either corporate or previous work history in an administrative capacity.

Work Environment
On-site, Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Fridays. This totals a 38-hour work week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
