Job Description
As an Operations Manager I, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of Dining and Culinary Services in a Healthcare environment, overseeing Skilled and Assisted Living Food Programs to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and resident needs.?Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.? Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.?Ensures compliance with appropriate infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.?Training and development of culinary managers and front-line staff, including new manager training and onboarding.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour guidelines. Works in coordination with client partners and associates including coordination with location Healthcare Administrator expectations. Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and with client's regulations. Assists with the implementation of Aramark programs and controls. Performs food and sanitization log audits. Demonstrates a proactive approach with regard to client concerns and expectations. Plans, standardizes, and coordinates the development and delivery of all nutrition & food services programs. Plans, standardizes, and coordinates the development of housekeeping practices. Coordinates?catering, special project work, and other activities that effect the daily operation of the Dining Services department. Oversees schedules and payroll functions for all staff. Uses Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.

Qualifications
Strong financial controls, food/equipment oversight, procurement, production and service systems and business ethics exoerience.
5-8 years of experience in a management role
3-5 years of culinary production focused, food service management in healthcare or senior living preferred.?
ServSafe? certified, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment?
Microsoft office applications, EMR, and tray card system use
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and time
Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
Experience with Training and Development of other managers
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
CDM Preferred, but not required
