Job Summary
The Front Office Manager will assist the Total Rewards Communication Manager with development of both short term and targeted communication campaigns; as well as larger benefit communication campaigns.
Develop and review or edit content for key Total Rewards publications including:
Summary Plan Descriptins (SPDs)
Annual cmmunications, including: enrollment guides, benefit fairs, newsletters, program summaries, posters, legally required mailings, etc.
Onging communications: e-newsletters, new hire orientation videos, individualized associate letters and any other electronic or direct mail campaigns
Publicize meetings, webinars, events, campaigns; use f social media where appropriate
Special prjects as assigned
Must be able to manage the life cycle of a complete communication strategy, consisting of many key strategic pieces, while overseeing several other small projects and competing deadlines
Adapt to quickly changing priorities and direction at a detailed level, while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and effectiveness
Coordinate health campaigns that communicate and strengthen the well-being programs
Develop and/or edit content for annual wellness award applications
Keep track of current issues and strategies with Total Rewards vendors, to leverage opportunities for communications
Coordinate activities with internal committees and department teams. Examples: lunch and learn seminars, onsite mammography, flu-shots, benefit/safety fairs, webinars, etc.
Special projects as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or marketing-related field desired, or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
Experience:
2+ years of marketing and communications experience
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Highly organized self-starter, who is able to meet multiple and changing support needs
Ability to multitask and manage projects with a strong attention to detail
Experience creating project plans/timelines
Ability to communicate effectively with others across all levels of the organization, including excellent interpersonal, presentation and delivery skills
Ability to effectively formulate and execute messages and strategies using a variety of communication vehicles
Strong computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
