**Quality Control Inspector Qualifications Include: Good attendance, Positive attitude, Ability to follow instructions, Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. for up to 8 hours, good hand eye coordination and must be able to use and understand multiple instruments of measurements.

**The focus of this position is to ensure parts being sent to quality are thoroughly checked for defects and good quality parts are being sent to our customers and stocked to their quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Ensure all parts coming out of inspection are thoroughly checked for defects
• Must check for defects that are noted in the work instructions
• If there are additional quality concerns this should be noted and passed along
• Use the information off the work instructions for pallet size, box size and qty.
• Be sure hourly samples are taken within 30 minutes of the top of each hour
• Samples need to correspond with the data that was entered into the QA log
• Defective samples are to be brought to the processor and managers attention
• Use the log book to record defects
• Participate in shift changeover by going over things with the inspectors from previous shift as well as the following shift
• Keep a check on the operators to ensure they do not have any quality questions or concerns
• Trim, box and label parts
• Measure parts to the drawings
• Attend quality meetings for new product coming into production
• Ensure proper use of all personal protective equipment, and follow established safety rules and guidelines
• Maintain a clean safe work environment

This position is open on first and third shifts.
