Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Gainesville, FL

Pay Range: $16 Hourly

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm with some flexibility

What's the Job?

• Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials

• Physically lift, carry, and move/arrange boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting

• Lift and carry boxes ranging in weight from 10-100lbs on a regular basis, without assistance

• Load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks while walking on uneven and concrete surfaces

• Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes

What's Needed?

• Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods of time

• Ability to work without assistance in order to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes including up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation

• Ability to read and write English

• Ability to climb and balance on ladders

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance for prolonged periods
