General responsibilities:

  • Interface with Program Managers, Contracting Officers, Prime Contractor Leads, and internal functions

  • Development/reporting of customer deliverable financial products (533Q, 533M, , other…)

  • Review and analysis of actual costs

  • Development and analysis of forecasted costs

  • Cost performance analysis/review and preparation of monthly internal cost review packages

  • Timesheet auditing/charging guidance

  • Periodic rate analysis

  • Support subcontract financial management activities (RFP, invoice approval, cost tracking, funding forecasts)

  • Supports task order development and pricing activities

  • Prepare and maintain FY revenue and cost projections

  • Reviews and approves KBR invoice packages

  • Perform contract margin analysis

  • Approve material procurement requisitions / resolve issues with vendors/invoicing/accruals etc.

  • Review/approve Expense Reports (travel, relocation, etc.) Support internal/external audits

  • Ensure contract Program Manager is well-informed of business related activities/issues

Qualifications

  • Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in an accounting or financial field of study and 2+ years of experience

  • Must possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook e-mail), and the ability to review/revise written documents and communicate effectively.
