Overview

PURPOSE: Act as an Inventory team member to ensure accuracy of inventory for raw materials and finished goods. Act as a valuable liaison between the inventory department and internal departments, including but not limited to quality, production, warehouse, and print.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all cycle counts.

2. Maintain weekly raw material cycle counts.

3. Complete cycle counts of all finished goods monthly.

4. Correct scan errors and missed scans to close work orders.

5. Ensure organization of all products in the warehouse

6. Ensure inventory accuracy of all storage trailers or off- site storage

Qualifications

AUTHORITIES:

1. Authority to JDE

2. Authority to DSI

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School diploma or GED is required.

2. Inventory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required

3. Computer familiarity with proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software required.

4. Experience with warehousing, inventory control, and production flow is preferred.

5. Ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift.
