Our client, a successful distributor located in Fullerton is looking for an Inventory Analyst.

.

The Inventory Analyst's responsibilities include:

• Reviewing weekly orders shipping from Storage Partner

• Determining inventory levels and needs for adjustments

• Reviewing code dates and making sure inventory is being rotated properly

• Communicating changes to warehouse staff and sales personal

• Negotiating competitive rates

• Monitoring loads during transit to ensure on time delivery

• Preparing weekly sales and purchase reports

• Reviewing, tracking and issuing purchase orders for non-Inventory expenses

• Preparing invoices

• Reviewing AR weekly and contacting customers for payment

• Balancing inventory weekly and at month end

• Reviewing inventory levels at storage facility and reconciling to system

• Resolving discrepancies

• Preparing sales pricing analysis for all customers

• Maintaining/updating pricing files in mainframe system for all vendors and customers

  Requirements

• Sound experience in billing and invoicing

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• Strong attention to details and a problem solving attitude

• Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
