Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide on-site setup, installation, and technical support for all machinery. In this role, you will ensure consistency and efficiency in troubleshooting, provide formal training to customers, and maintain strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site setup and installation of all machinery

• Deliver quality technical support for all equipment

• Enhance troubleshooting efficiency in the field

• Conduct initial and ongoing formal training for customer operators and machine maintenance

• Perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs on machines with complex electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic issues

• Provide detailed technical feedback during and after each customer visit

• Collaborate with other Electrical and Mechanical Field Service Technicians as needed

• Establish and maintain good customer relations

Essential Skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting

• Pneumatics

• Blueprint reading

• Service and field service experience

• Hydraulics knowledge

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to the component level

• Strong customer management skills and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Experience with robotic installation, training, and troubleshooting

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39.42 - $39.42/hr.
